ABOUT ME

Certified internationally in fitness, senior fitness, and nutrition 

My passion for fitness started at a very young age, growing up in a family where everyone is extremely active. As I got older this passion changed from general fitness to heavy lifting and bodybuilding which later  extended to friends who I helped along their journeys. In 2019 I decided to study and get officially certified as a fitness trainer through ISSA. From then until now I have increased my studies to add specializations  in nutrition and senior fitness. I am always studying when it comes to both fitness and nutrition so that I can yield the best results for both my clients and myself. I thoroughly enjoy watching others take their initial steps into fitness, reach and surpass their goals, and overall become healthier versions of  themselves.

Each individual needs their own fitness and nutrition plan, what works for one person may not necessarily be right for you or your personal goals. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you, regardless of if you are a beginner or have been working out for years. Always remember this is a lifestyle, not a race, with dedication,support, and time  you will get to where you want to be.  It is never too late to get started! You are never too “broken” to get started. With the right trainer nearly everyone can find a fitness plan that works for them. A good trainer can work around injuries, help with rehabilitation following a physical therapist, and help you to have an overall enjoyable time working out.
