Starting a workout plan can seem intimidating the older you get, remember learning something new and staying active keeps you young. I completely understand the needs and restrictions of older clients and will guide you through in a safe and effective manner. Once you get started it gets easier each time. 

You are never too old to get started, however, getting started will help with arthritis, improving both bone and muscle density, flexibility, and heart health. Many seniors that  I speak with have concerns of not being able to do things for themselves, not being able to get back off the floor, needing help putting their luggage in the overhead bins of planes, chronic pain from arthritis, back issues, fragile bones which fracture or sprain easily...these are all things that can be greatly improved with starting and sticking to a fitness plan. Remember you can work at your own pace, alone or with friends, and in ways that are enjoyable for you so why not get started ?
