WHY ONLINE TRAINING?
I train both in person and online and some of my clients do a mix of both. Online is a great option because you get to do it from the privacy of your own home ( or anywhere you choose ), on your own time and can even stick to your routine when on business trips or vacation. Imagine being able to workout in your living room one day, the park another, or in the pool or beach side !!! Online is amazing for people with busy schedules who want to workout during a break or for parents who don't want to have to worry about childcare while working out. Why worry about a gym membership, that, let's face it, if you actually used it you wouldn't be searching for a personal trainer ;)
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
This really depends on what your goals are, however, we can workout using only body weight and things you find around your house such as water/milk jugs, kitty litter, cooperative pets, etc.
For those who would like to invest in actual equipment I suggest resistance bands both with handles and the cloth ones for your legs as a starting point, adjustable dumbbells, or a small dumbbell set of 5-20lbs, a barbell, Kettle bells of 5-20lbs
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Not at all, when you book sessions with me, nutritional coaching is provided. I also offer nutritional coaching as a separate package for those only interested in changing dietary goals and accountability of optimum nutritional habits. Proper nutrition is a huge part of reaching your goals, and I will guide you through it in a way that works best for you and your dietary needs/ restrictions.
WHAT IS YOU CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Refunds for training packages are accepted within the first 3 days of purchasing, any sessions that you have received during this time will not be refunded.
Refunds on shop items can be returned within 14 days of receiving
IS IT THE SAME AS IN PERSON?
Yes and no, the only thing you are missing when training online vs in person is a built in spotter or tools that your trainer may provide, both are not issues for the majority of people, you will do most of the same workouts, with the same intensity, and yield the same result.
